We ship all orders with DHL Parcel – fast, reliable and traceable.

Delivery area:
We currently supply customers in Germany and Austria.

Delivery time:
The regular shipping time is 1-3 business days after receipt of payment.
No deliveries are made on weekends and public holidays.

Shipping costs:
The exact shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process.
Shipping may be free for orders above a certain value – this will be communicated directly on the homepage or in the shopping cart.

Return & Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days . Please note the following:

Condition of the goods

For reasons of health protection and hygiene, returns are only possible for products in their original packaging, unused, and with an undamaged hygiene seal .
Opened or used perfume bottles cannot be returned.

Return address

Returns may not be made to our corporate address in the USA .
Please contact our customer service at support@fioremilano.de before returning any item – we will then send you the appropriate return address within Europe.

Unannounced returns or freight collect shipments cannot be accepted.

Fragrance choice & goodwill

We understand that choosing a fragrance is a very personal decision. Because our products are cosmetic and sealed, we cannot accept returns of opened items as a courtesy .
We recommend reading the fragrance description carefully and starting with smaller sizes if unsure.
