1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop www.fioremilano.de by consumers or businesses.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed (Section 13 of the German Civil Code). An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or self-employed activity (Section 14 of the German Civil Code).

3. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order. By clicking the "Buy now" button, you submit a binding offer to purchase. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an email confirmation or when we ship the goods.

4. Products & fragrance interpretations

The fragrances offered are independent creations inspired by well-known perfumes. They are not affiliated with the brands mentioned or their rights holders. Brand names are mentioned solely for olfactory classification. Exact fragrance similarity is not guaranteed.

5. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are in euros and include VAT (where applicable). Shipping costs may apply in addition to the product price, which will be clearly stated during checkout.

6. Payment methods

The following payment methods are available to you:

  • Klarna (Instant, Invoice, Installment Purchase)

  • Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

  • Other local payment methods depending on availability

The selection may vary depending on the delivery country and will be displayed during the ordering process.

7. Shipping and delivery

  • Shipping is via DHL .

  • We currently deliver to Germany and Austria.

  • The regular delivery time is 1-3 working days from receipt of payment.

  • No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

  • If there are any shipping delays, you will be notified by email.

8. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

9. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our cancellation policy .

Important NOTE:
For hygiene reasons, returns of previously opened or used perfumes are not possible. Please note this when placing your order.

10. Warranty & Liability

The statutory warranty rights apply.
We are not liable for damages resulting from improper handling or misuse. We assume no liability for indirect or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Online dispute resolution / consumer arbitration

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Applicable law

The laws of the US state of Delaware apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers residing in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection regulations of their respective countries also apply.

13. Final provisions

Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
